party planning 101...

this year Avi's birthday falls ON Thanksgiving day.  that is the bad news, the good news it that she told just what kind of party she wants.  it did change a couple of times before she finally decided.  first it was candy... then cupcakes... & she finally settled on iCe CrEaM.  i am so excited about it.  i think that it is going to be darling!  i have ordered a die cut for the invites that i will be making this weekend.  i have found a couple ideas for the cupcakes, but i am going to need your help deciding!!!  leave me a comment on which one you think is the cutest & hopefully it will make my decision easier.  thanks for the input!

Tough call, I love them both. I think in terms of easy to do but still adorably cute, I'd go with #1. But the other one is also to-die-for. so I'm not helpful at all!! :)

I love them both but I think #1 is a little cooler but for little kids maybe #2 would work better?? Still cute either way you go What a cute idea!

both are darling! but i think i would go with cupcake #1 but either way, you can't go wrong!

you could also make #2 super cute by putting an actual mini cone or a chunk of an actual waffle cone.

I love them both. Linc's birthday is next week and I can't decide what I'm going to do for it. He wants "einsteins" everything which isn't my favorite idea. We'll see though. Did you hear about my sweet b-day present? I got the Canon Rebel...I'm so excited. Now I just have to learn how to use it! I'm excited to see you in a month or so.

I like #1. I think the little kids would love to eat a cupcake out of an ice cream cone. Both are adorable, though!

#1. It is candy, a cupcakes, and ice cream all rolled into one cute dessert.

#1 would be my pick, it seems a bit more festive and kid-friendly. You can make #2 for me, if you like. ;)

Both are cute, but you know me... the easier (aka LESS TIME SPENT) the better. My vote: the top pic.
